These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Budget Repeat application (" the App") and its services provided by Budget Repeat. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as set forth in the chosen pricing plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support.
Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee, there will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, annual payments, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat all customers equally, no exceptions will be made to this policy.
You have the flexibility to switch between the monthly and annual billing cycles at any time. If you decide to change your plan, the new billing cycle will take effect upon the next billing date. Any changes to your plan may result in a prorated charge or credit for the difference in fees between the old and new plan.
We reserve the right to modify the pricing for our services at any time. In the event of a price change, we will notify you in advance and provide you with the option to continue or cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate subscription payments. Your use of such payment processors is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not store or process any payment card information directly on our servers.
You are responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time by using the cancellation link provided within the App. We offer a simple and no-questions-asked cancellation process for your convenience.
Upon cancellation, your access to the App and its services will be deactivated immediately, and you will no longer have access to your account or its data.
Please note that canceling your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the terms outlined in these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or any applicable laws. In such cases, we will provide notice to you via the email address associated with your account.
Upon cancellation or termination, we may retain your account data for a certain period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle data retention and deletion.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Budget Repeat Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any copyrighted material without our prior written consent.
The App and its services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. In no event shall Budget Repeat Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof, at any time without notice or liability. We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after the modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.
